Planning News - December 2017

Just 11 applications for domestic works in the last four weeks, excluding trees. No news on the flats on the High Street above the Painted Wooden Furniture Comapny shop Sanho’s.

The winning bids for The Village Planning Fund were announced-looks like The Landmark (landscape work-£12,870) is successful and Hampton Hill United Reform Church was not.

The aim of this Landmark Centre’s project is “to transform the woodland entrance to the Arts Centre. This project will include the creation of a new segregated pedestrian access, the clearance of self-seeded saplings and undergrowth and planting a variety of new plant species. The project will also create a pathway through the woodland area with seating, information board and space for outdoor arts activities. It will also increase cycle parking.”

In 2017 only £13,808 was available for our group-consisting of Hampton Wick, Hampton Hill, Hampton and Teddington. If confirmed, £215,000 will be available in the next 6 months.
