The HWA has joined forces with Richmond Council to welcome the mayors of Fountainebleau in France and Konstanz in Germany by putting up flags along Hampton Wick High Street.
This year marks the reaffirmation of the twinning of Richmond with these cities. The HWA has worked with Richmond Council to bedeck our High Street with flags of the three nations.
